26-034 Wayside Park East and 17th Avenue Park Improvements

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids to rehabilitate and upgrade Wayside Park East at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Bayfront Parkway. The project addresses severe degradation caused by age and Hurricane Sally, including replacement of damaged boat ramps and dock, reconstruction of parking lot pavement, addition of ADA‑compliant accessibility features, replacement of the boardwalk north of the railroad, and installation of an advanced warning system for the low “Graffiti Bridge” to reduce truck strikes.
