The State of Maine is seeking a qualified Work‑Center to provide comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services for the Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Sidney facility. The contract covers daily cleaning, waste removal, restroom maintenance, supply provision, equipment upkeep, and periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet extraction, floor stripping/sealing, and light‑fixture cleaning. The work period runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 with the option for up to four one‑year extensions.
