The Willingboro Board of Education is soliciting a single‑lump‑sum bid to renovate multiple restroom facilities at the J. C. Stuart Early Childhood Development Center. The project entails demolition of existing finishes, asbestos abatement in affected classrooms, installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and completion of interior finishes to create 11 ADA‑compliant toilet rooms.
