High-Performance Computer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a high-performance computer and a heated probing station with optical access. The high-performance computer must meet specific minimum specifications, including an Intel Xeon 676X processor, 256 GB of RAM or more, 2 TB M.2 SSD, and an NVIDIA PRO 5000 Blackwell 48GB graphics card. The heated probing station with optical access will be used for testing the optoelectronic behavior of defects. • The contractor must provide one high-performance computer that meets the specified minimum specifications. • The contractor must provide information about the equipment they sell that can meet the objectives addressed in the background section of the notice. • The contractor must describe the performance capabilities of the product(s) they recommend to meet the government's requirements. • The contractor must identify any aspects of the NIST market research notice that they cannot meet and state why. • The contractor must state whether the proposed equipment is manufactured in the United States and, if not, state the name of the country where the equipment is manufactured.
