Description
The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group is seeking to procure tensile tester accessories from Instron for the Fleet Support Team (FST) Materials Engineering Division. The required items include advanced screw side-action grips, specimen centering devices, compression platens, and other accessories. The contractor shall provide the items within 90 calendar days of contract award. The accessories are for use with an Instron 68FM-300 Tensile Tester. Key considerations for the contractor include providing DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent for the items, as well as ensuring that the items are compatible with the existing system.
