The U.S. Army is conducting market research (Sources Sought) to identify a single vendor capable of supplying replacement analytical instrumentation for the Petroleum Quality Analysis System‑Enhanced (PQAS‑E) used by the 209th Aviation Support Battalion, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. The requirement includes three specific subsystems: the OptiMPP Mini Pour Point Analyzer, the SLFA‑60MI X‑Ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer, and the PQAS‑T7 Automated Titration System, together with all accessories, installation, calibration, verification, and operator familiarization services. Vendors must confirm whether they can provide the complete set of equipment and support; if not, they must detail which items they can furnish. The equipment must fit within existing shelter dimensions, power constraints, and integrate with current data acquisition systems at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii.
