Description
The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking sealed bids to supply three types of asphalt concrete plant mixes for roadway maintenance. Bidders must meet North Carolina Department of Transportation specifications, provide unit prices per ton, and be able to deliver the material from their plant to the Town’s operations center. The contract is a firm‑price, year‑long supply with a possible one‑year extension, and the Town will award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
