City Hall Upper Roof Resealing

The City of El Mirage is seeking an experienced and qualified vendor to provide roofing services for the upper roof area of City Hall. The scope of work includes surface preparation, repairs and detailing, silicone coating application, quality and compliance, and cleanup and closeout. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to reseal the upper roof area with a silicone coating system. The project area is approximately 11,180 square feet. The City will evaluate proposals based on project understanding, similar projects completed, and cost. * Surface preparation includes inspecting the existing roof surface, cleaning the roof, and power washing as required. * Repairs and detailing include identifying and addressing minor cracks, seams, penetrations, flashing, and other areas as needed. * Silicone coating application includes furnishing and applying two coats of silicone roof coating over the prepared roof surface. * Quality and compliance include ensuring all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and applicable safety regulations. * Cleanup and closeout include removing all debris, unused materials, and equipment from the site upon completion and providing documentation of materials used and warranty information.
