Description
The City of St. Marys, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install a remedial roof coating system over an existing elastomeric roof membrane and roofing substrate. The objective of this project is to restore watertightness, extend roof life, and obtain a manufacturer’s system warranty. Key aspects of the project include:
• Removal and replacement of the Vestibule Roof section
• Installation of a remedial roof coating system over the entire existing elastomeric roof membrane and roofing substrate
• Restoration of watertightness and extension of roof life
• Obtaining a manufacturer’s system warranty
• Compliance with the Georgia Open Records Act and the Georgia Trade Secret Act of 1990
• Provision of insurance, including commercial general liability, worker's compensation, and business automobile liability
• Compliance with federal and state laws, including the Immigration and Nationality Act and the Clean Air Act
