Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source: F30207 DLA Additional Furniture

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) intends to award a sole-source contract to Space and Asset Management Inc. dba Elements IV Interiors for the procurement and installation of systems furniture at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The requirement is for all supplies, labor, and services necessary to complete the furniture requirement of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The contractor will provide design services, including space planning, site verification, material selection, and programming as necessary for the project. The contractor will also provide installation services, including manufacturer-certified professionals to install furniture per approved design drawings. • The contract is for a period of 120 days from contract award. • The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the project. • The contractor will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, and regulations. • The contractor will provide a contract manager and a project manager to oversee the project. • The contractor will maintain a means of egress within all designated work areas to comply with fire codes. • The contractor will ensure that all communication outlet faceplates are provided with the furniture, based on the unique specifications of the IT requirements at that location.
