The City of Oroville is seeking up to three qualified firms for each of two service categories—professional civil engineering and land surveying—on an on‑call basis to support its Capital Improvement Program. Each contract will be three years in length (with possible extensions) and work will be issued via individual task orders that define scope, schedule, and deliverables. The services may include plan checks, preliminary studies, traffic analysis, field investigations, design (30‑100% stages), construction‑phase support, peer reviews, environmental clearances, geotechnical investigations, and related consulting. No guaranteed workload; assignments depend on City staff needs, project funding, and vendor performance. Proposers must demonstrate at least ten years of relevant experience, appropriate professional licenses, and familiarity with California and local regulations.
