Internet and Cable Notice

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to post a solicitation for a five-year contract to provide commercial internet and cable television services on Redstone Arsenal, AL. The services are required for the Region 1 – Southeast, Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC) at two facilities. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of internet and cable TV systems. The contractor must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. Key requirements include providing high-speed commercial internet with wifi capability and cable TV with digital video recording capability. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. • The period of performance will include a base year and four option years. • The contractor must have approval and licensed entry access on Redstone Arsenal to bid on the future solicitation. • The process of applying for a License to Operate on Redstone Arsenal can take up to six months.
