S--Solid Waste Removal and Disposal for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks

The National Park Service is seeking a sole source provider for solid waste removal and disposal services at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The service requires the removal and transportation of solid waste and rubbish to an approved landfill, following all state and federal regulations. The provider must use approved landfills that meet EPA requirements. • The service is for a period of one year. • The provider must be able to remove and transport solid waste and rubbish to an approved landfill. • The provider must follow all state and federal regulations. • The provider must use approved landfills that meet EPA requirements. • The service is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1).
