Request for Information - F-15 Oxygen Regulator Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry regarding Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX program. The program aims to establish F-15EX organic maintenance capabilities while maximizing utilization of existing F-15 legacy assets. The focus of this Request for Information (RFI) is on the provision of Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX's Oxygen Diluter Deman G-Compensated Regulator (Oxygen Regulator). Interested parties are invited to submit an unclassified White Paper describing their system, including corporate overview information and basic qualifications in managing hardware and software development projects associated with Depot Activation. • The RFI seeks information on industry capabilities, emerging innovations, and alternative approaches for Depot Activation. • The Government is interested in cost, schedule, and performance for components related to Depot Activation. • Respondents should assume close partnership with a government-led team to enable integration, interface development, and architecture implementation. • The RFI includes questions on the most efficient solution for contracting and the Contractor's plan for work, which will be coordinated through the F-15EX Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group (DMAWG).
