Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the purchase of a semi-trailer. The trailer should have a galvanized bed and meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of their valid dealer's license with their bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The semi-trailer should have a brand name such as Etnyre, Landoll, or equal and a model number such as RTN55ETD3-PS, 855-53, or equal.
• The bid pricing should exclude the waste tire fee and include any document or miscellaneous fees.
• The bidder should specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid.
• The contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions.
• The state of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
