Farmers' Market Phase 2 - Pedestrian Access Ramp

The City of Santa Cruz is seeking bids for the construction of a pedestrian access ramp at the Farmers' Market. The project involves removing existing concrete walls, asphalt concrete pavement, and base/soil, and installing new landscaped planter fill, Caltrans pull boxes, and conduit. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the project. The project must be completed by March 27, 2026. • The project includes removing and disposing of existing PCC curb, gutter, driveway, and sidewalk • Constructing new curb, gutter, driveway, and sidewalk improvements • Installing thermoplastic traffic stripes and pavement markings • Installing signs, including one R99C (CA) and one R7-8b • Installing conduit, conductors, and pull boxes • Performing final clean-up and sweeping of the parking lot, sidewalk, and driveways
