Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
• The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually.
• The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
• The successful vendor must provide performance and payment bonds to the city.
• The city will consider the use of an alternate document as an incomplete quote and non-responsive.
• Respondents must submit bids for the abatement of hazardous/regulated materials and for demolition and debris removal based on the information provided for each site.
