C-17 Cockpit Equipment

The United States Air Force is soliciting quotations for the production of C-17 cockpit equipment, including aircrew seat backs and bottoms, seat headrest covers, cockpit curtain sets, bunk mattress sets, and valances for 40 assigned C-17s at JB Charleston. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, and the applicable Product Service Code is 1680. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413. • The contractor shall provide C-17 Cockpit Equipment in accordance with the attached Requirement Description. • The acquisition shall be F.O.B Destination, with a delivery period of 180 days. • The Government will evaluate offers based on price and past performance, with the lowest priced offeror receiving a Substantial Performance Confidence Rating being considered the best value. • The Government reserves the right to award to a Substantial Performance Confidence Rated offeror, and reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offeror.
