Description
The Air Force Sustainment Center's Enterprise/Specialized Contracting Branch at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is seeking technical support services for the Airfield Automated System (AFAS). The selected contractor will provide support for the AFAS system, including telephonic support, advanced engineering services, and image creation services. The contractor will also be required to provide a standard desktop configuration (SDC) / AFAS image (Kiosk) based on the Windows 11 operating system. The period of performance is anticipated to be from May 23, 2026, through May 22, 2031.
Some key features of the contract include:
• Telephonic support services, including Tier 1, 2, and 3 support
• Advanced engineering services, including technical interchange meetings and extended CSR resolution
• Image creation services, including design, creation, testing, and delivery of a standard desktop configuration (SDC) / AFAS image (Kiosk)
• Configuration changes and unlimited AFAS (IDS5) telephonic support coverage during SAI business hours
The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
