R1135: Scholarships for Special Education in Teaching, Clinical Disciplines and Related Services

The New York City Department of Education is issuing an open‑ended Request for Proposals to recruit New York State‑accredited graduate colleges and universities to participate in its Scholarship Program for Special Education and related disciplines. Selected institutions will be awarded contracts to provide Master’s and/or Doctoral degree programs, with scholarships funded by the city, for a five‑year term.
