MDVA_Pharmacy Consulting Services RFP

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide pharmacy consulting services to the residents and staff of all eight Minnesota Veterans Homes. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, evaluating operational and clinical needs, developing pharmacy consulting action plans, and providing quarterly reports. The vendor must demonstrate the ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as infection prevention and control requirements. • The vendor must provide a detailed work plan and cost proposal. • The vendor must demonstrate experience in long-term care pharmacy consulting. • The vendor must comply with all requirements and terms outlined in the solicitation. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and participate in pharmacy-related committees as requested. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to perform additional pharmacy-related projects upon request.
