ITB 27-001 Switchgear Inspection, Testing and Repair Services

AlexRenew is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive inspection, testing, and repair services on its switchgear equipment, supplying all necessary labor, tools, parts, and consumables. The effort includes a mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site tour to familiarize bidders with the facilities and project requirements. • Perform detailed visual inspections, functional testing, and diagnostic analysis of switchgear assemblies. • Provide repair, refurbishment, or replacement of defective components, including breakers, relays, and control panels. • Supply all labor, specialized equipment, spare parts, and consumables required to complete the work. • Adhere to safety and environmental standards while coordinating with AlexRenew staff on‑site. • Deliver final reports, test certificates, and maintenance recommendations upon completion.
