Civil Engineering Services for New Park Restrooms (Various Parks)

The City of Victorville is seeking a consultant to provide civil engineering services for the installation of new pre-engineered restrooms at three park locations: Eagle Ranch Park, Schmidt Park, and Green Tree Golf Course. The scope of work includes site investigation, survey services, precise grading plan, on-site private domestic water plan, sanitary sewer plan, electrical utility plan, and agency coordination. The consultant will also be required to attend meetings and provide RFI assistance during the construction phase. The project is expected to last for 90 working days, and the consultant will be required to comply with all OSHA requirements and safety guidelines. • The consultant will be responsible for reviewing site surveys and generating construction documents. • The consultant will be required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and job walk. • The consultant will be required to submit a cost proposal and identify any challenges that may affect the schedule or ability to meet RFP requirements. • The consultant will be required to provide a work plan, project team, and key personnel information. • The consultant will be required to demonstrate their qualifications and experience in providing similar services.
