The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide a rotary drill with an operator to drill holes for the installation of railroad rails. The drill must be capable of drilling holes that are offset a minimum of 5 feet from the edge of the truck tire or track to the center of the hole. The vendor must also provide any necessary site support labor, equipment, and supplies. The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest price and best response time. • The vendor must provide a modified rotary drill, truck or track mounted, with an operator. • The drill must be capable of drilling holes that are offset a minimum of 5 feet from the edge of the truck tire or track to the center of the hole. • The vendor must provide any necessary site support labor, equipment, and supplies. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest price and best response time. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance that meets the requirements of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
