101-1293 Janitorial Services FY 2026/2027

Greene County Government is seeking bids for janitorial services for various locations, including the Greene County Courthouse Annex, Election/EMA Building, Administration Center, UT Extension Building, Courthouse, and Health and Wellness Center. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment, cleaning supplies, and labor. • Daily tasks: emptying trash, replacing liners, damp-wiping counters and desks, vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, sanitizing touch points, and securing doors. • Weekly tasks: dusting air vents, cleaning and disinfecting kitchen areas, and cleaning bathrooms. • Monthly tasks: dusting high and low areas, removing cobwebs, and cleaning entry doors. The county reserves the right to add or remove areas/locations at any time. Bidders are required to price their services per building, weekly and monthly.
