Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division is seeking a contractor to remove and replace the existing NON-SKID epoxy compound on the roof of an ISO Conex box. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the roof, removing the existing epoxy compound, preparing the roof surface, and applying a new epoxy compound. The project must be completed within 45 business days from the date of contract award. The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and provide appropriate personal protective equipment for workers.
• The contractor must have a QP-1 Certification.
• The epoxy compound must meet MIL-PRF 24667 for NON-SKID COATINGS USING UV RESISTANT NON-SKID.
• The application shall ensure a uniform thickness of 3-5 mm across the roof surface.
• All materials used shall comply with EPA regulations and local environmental standards.
• Waste disposal shall follow local environmental laws.
