INVITATION FOR BID# 05152026-01 - Roof covering repairs

The City of Covington is seeking a qualified contractor to replace roof covering on a defined portion of its municipal building located at 149 S. Maple Ave. The work includes removal of existing roofing material, supply and installation of new roof covering, associated flashing and waterproofing, and proper disposal of all waste in compliance with applicable laws. This contract covers all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the repair to a professional standard. • Replace roof covering on the specified roof area • Provide all labor, equipment, and materials (including flashing, underlayment, and disposal) • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for waste disposal • Complete work within the bid submission window (by June 1, 2026) • Deliver a finished roof that meets city durability and safety standards
