Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of Sodium Bisulfate 40% as specified in the request for quotation. The contract will be for a term, and the estimated quantity is 10,000 gallons per year. The quotation should include the unit price, shipping/freight charges, and surcharges. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the quotations received.
• The quoter must provide a copy of all applicable Certificates of Competency or Licenses issued by the State of Florida or the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board.
• The quoter must maintain a current Local Business Tax Receipt (Occupational License) for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. pt. 200).
• The quoter must provide a Drug-Free Workplace Certification and a Certification of Business Location.
• The quoter must comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C, and 31 C.F.R. pt. 19, subpart C.
