Description
The San Diego VA Health Care System is seeking a potential qualified contractor to provide comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair for 2 STERIS AMSCO 250LS and 1 century vacuum steam sterilizer/autoclave. The contract will include a base year and 4 option years. The contractor will provide technical telephonic assistance, preventative maintenance, calibration services, repair, and support. The contractor must provide documentation on all test equipment used to check and calibrate the equipment.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must be experienced and certified to work on AMSCO 250LS sterilizers and century vacuum steam sterilizer.
• The contractor must provide written description of all the work performed on each equipment item.
• The contractor must provide at least two weeks’ notice to Research Service at the VA Medical Center prior to proposed service dates for all scheduled maintenance.
• The contractor must execute non-disclosure agreements when working with sensitive and/or proprietary information.
