Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform preventive‑maintenance (PM) services, filter replacement, consumable provisioning, and deep‑sanitation for approximately 61‑62 Follett ice‑machine units located at VA facilities throughout Arizona. The work is limited to scheduled preventive‑maintenance visits; any corrective‑maintenance or repairs identified must be reported to the VA HVAC shop and are not covered under this contract. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a base year (2027) and up to four option years, totaling a five‑year performance period. The award ceiling is $12.5 million, and the contractor must comply with Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) using the applicable Arizona wage determinations.
• Preventive‑maintenance visits: 4 per year at the main campus, 2 per year at satellite sites.
• Deep‑sanitation (semi‑annual) required at the main campus only.
• Provide all required filters (Follet‑brand) and consumables, and submit detailed PM reports within five business days of service.
• Must meet insurance, security, and subcontracting‑limitation requirements, and submit invoices electronically via the VA Tungsten‑Network system.
