Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids for a construction/reclamation/plugging project in Pleasants County, known as the Belmont Plugging Package. The project involves plugging and reclaiming two wells. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through wvOASIS by August 14, 2026.
