Professional Continuing Services - Landscape Architecture

The City of Bradenton is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide professional services related to Landscape Architectural Planning, Design, Permitting, and Construction on an as-needed basis. The Proposer will be required to provide a broad range of professional landscape architectural services, including landscape master planning, urban design, sustainable site design, parks and playground planning and design, and more. The Proposer must have experience providing Landscape Architecture services and must be a business organization registered with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. • The Proposer must have at least one key personnel who is a registered Landscape Architect licensed by the Florida Board of Landscape Architecture. • The Proposer must demonstrate experience providing Landscape Architecture services. • The Proposer must provide a maximum of five projects that have been completed within the past ten years for consideration. • The Proposer must provide a detailed project approach, including the proposed strategy for providing the services requested. • The Proposer must provide a list of all active and awarded projected projects. • The Proposer must provide a project management technique, controls, programs, and technologies to be employed to meet project schedule and budget requirements.
