The City of Milledgeville is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the 2025‑2027 LMIG Roadway Improvements Project. The scope includes approximately 52,500 square yards of chip seal, 93,700 square yards of asphalt overlay, deep patching, and roadway striping on local streets. Bidders must pre‑qualify, submit a sealed proposal with a 5 % bid bond, and deliver the work in accordance with publicly available plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
