Description
The US Army is seeking to procure FLIR Recon B2-FO Thermal Binoculars for the Country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The binoculars must meet specific requirements, including a 30mw LP 640 InSb, Color CCD, DMC, 10Km LRF, GPS, LP & Geo-Location Software, and Adjustable Diopters. The contractor must provide a no-cost warranty covering workmanship and materials for all items furnished. The offeror's initial proposal shall contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
