2026 Chilled Pipe Repair for Wassaic Campus

OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Chilled Pipe Repair located at 26 Center Circle, Wassaic, NY 12592. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. OPWDD may request bidders to submit at least three (3) references (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address) associated with three (3) different projects (OGS, public, or private sector) of similar scope and size to the one identified in this IFB that can provide evidence of the Contractor having experience in related work. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractor that provides the lowest Total Cost for Chilled Pipe Repair for Wassaic Campus. Prevailing wage will apply. Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
