Description
The East Jackson Community Schools is seeking bids for the removal of asbestos-containing materials from the East Jackson Secondary School. The project includes the removal of mastic associated with the gym floor, door/window system caulk, and other asbestos-containing materials. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, permits, fees, and insurance to complete the project on time. The contractor must also provide proof of experience on similar projects, licenses, and qualifications, as well as comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines. The project will be completed in two phases, with the first phase involving the removal of asbestos-containing materials from the gym floor and the second phase involving the removal of materials from other areas of the school.
