Description
The State of South Dakota’s Department of Education seeks a qualified consulting firm to launch, onboard, and support newly‑created Jobs for Americas Graduates (JAG) programs and specialists across the state. The consultant will develop implementation plans, deliver specialist training, provide coaching and mentoring, establish data‑system practices, and submit monthly progress reports for a base year covering 4‑8 (potentially up to 10) programs/specialists. The contract runs July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 with possible extensions.
• Develop individualized program launch plans and timelines (30‑, 90‑, 180‑day milestones).
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training for new JAG specialists (curriculum, instructional practices, data entry systems).
• Provide ongoing coaching, classroom observations, and mentorship to ensure fidelity to the JAG model.
• Train and support use of JAGForce and Headrush Learning data platforms; establish baseline data collection.
• Submit monthly written summaries and attend monthly check‑in meetings with State staff.
