Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, is seeking a contractor to provide installation of amalgam separators on dental chairs. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the installation. The installation must meet EPA and OSHA standards, and the contractor must ensure that the work is done in a safe and efficient manner. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor will be required to provide a price quote for every line item.
• The contractor must have experience with OSHA standards and regulations.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and materials.
• The contractor must be able to complete the work within the specified timeframe.
• The contractor must be able to provide training to VA staff on maintenance procedures.
• The contractor must be able to provide documentation of completion and testing of the installation.
