AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPERS

The County of Shasta is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for Affordable Supportive Housing Developers. The purpose of this RFI is to identify interested and qualified developers who can provide Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) projects that need funding for acquisition or rehabilitation. The County is looking for developers who can propose innovative and sustainable PSH projects that can effectively serve Veterans and others with high needs, supporting the County's strategic goal of reducing homelessness. • The RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. • The County is seeking developers who can provide PSH projects that meet specific eligibility criteria, including conversion of non-residential structures to residential dwelling units, conversion of commercially zoned structures to residential dwelling units, and multifamily rental housing projects. • Respondents are required to submit their responses electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal. • The County reserves the right to use any information provided in response to this RFI for any lawful purpose.
