The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and commission a new screw‑press dewatering system (including polymer dosing and flocculation equipment) to replace its 40‑year‑old belt press at the municipal wastewater treatment plant. The contract covers equipment fabrication, performance testing (pilot runs), warranty, and control‑panel integration, while installation will be handled under a separate construction bid. Vendors must meet specific performance criteria (e.g., 240 lb/h dry‑solids capacity, ≥ 92 % solids capture, ≤ 89 dBA noise) and provide detailed technical data, cost breakdown, and a 12‑month full‑parts‑and‑labor warranty.
