Description
The Gwinnett County Department of Support Services is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive parking‑lot improvements at the Police West Precinct. The work includes full‑depth asphalt removal, milling and overlay, concrete sidewalk and ADA‑ramp construction, new striping, and site protection while the precinct remains operational. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Asphalt surface removal, milling, crack‑fill, overlay, and seal‑coat.
• New concrete slabs, ADA‑compliant sidewalks, ramps, signage, and wheel‑stop reinstallations.
• Full striping and pavement‑marking replacement per design drawings.
• Phased construction (concrete must cure before asphalt work), 7 a.m.–9 p.m. work hours, and protection of emergency‑vehicle access throughout.
