Design for Limited Remodel of Fire Stations 3 and 5

The City of Pueblo is seeking a highly qualified and experienced architectural/engineering firm to provide design, engineering, planning, drawings, plans, and consulting for the renovation of two fire stations. The scope of services includes preliminary design, final design, preparation of contract documents, bidding phase, and construction services phase. The project involves renovating the existing showers and restrooms at Fire Station #3 and separating the living space from the truck bay and creating a workout area at Fire Station #5. The selected firm will be required to provide all necessary services, including site visits, meetings, and coordination with City staff. • The project requires compliance with various building codes and regulations, including the International Existing Building Code and local building codes. • The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed project timeline and budget. • The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. • The selected firm will be required to provide proof of licensing and certification. • The City is seeking a firm with experience in similar projects, including fire station renovations. • The project requires a high level of coordination and communication with City staff and other stakeholders.
