The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking a vendor to operate, maintain, and program the newly built tennis courts at Margaret Allen Middle School. The contractor will fund all maintenance, repairs, and annual capital improvements at no cost to the district, while receiving priority use of the courts for its own approved programming. The agreement will be managed through individual purchase orders and may extend up to five years.
• Full‑service upkeep of courts, lighting, fencing, grounds, and related equipment, with all material and labor costs borne by the vendor.
• Vendor receives first right of use for after‑hours programming; must submit a Programming & Use Plan and give at least five business days’ notice for each activity.
• Required insurance coverage (General Liability, Automobile, Workers’ Comp, Sexual Abuse) at $1 M per occurrence and compliance with background‑check, ADA, non‑discrimination, and other MNPS policies.
• Contract term up to 60 months, renewable by amendment; vendor must retain records for five years and provide a one‑year warranty on all goods and services.
• Evaluation based on minimum requirements, proposed approach, and qualifications; cost narrative is pass/fail, but the arrangement is “no‑cost” to MNPS, so revenue must come from the vendor’s own programming activities.
