Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a design-build contractor for the decommissioning of the PennDOT District 5 Engineering & Maintenance Campus. The project includes general construction and has an estimated range of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Hamburg Center, 3560 Old Rt 22, Hamburg, PA 19526. The project duration is 365 calendar days from the date of the initial job conference. The successful proposer must agree to meet the Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals in full or demonstrate that they have made good faith efforts to meet the goals.
