WBM-1 Propeller and Shaft Seal Replacement

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to perform WBM-1 propeller and shaft seal replacement at the Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. The period of performance is from 18 September 2026 to 18 December 2026. The contractor must provide all information required by the solicitation by 14 August 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). The work specification package is available through DoD SAFE, and offerors must request access by 5 August 2026 10:00 am JST. • The contractor must possess an active U.S MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor to be eligible for award. • The contractor must specify any hazardous material in accordance with FAR 52.223-3 and DFARS 252.223-7001. • The contractor must specify if they anticipate sea transportation in accordance with DFARS 252.247-7022. • The contractor must note that access to the work specification package is only available for 14 days once sent.
