Description
The San Bernardino County is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide comprehensive Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 Tax Credit and Rebate Management Services. The goal is to ensure the County maximizes eligible direct-pay tax credit benefits, maintains full federal compliance, and receives all allowable incentives for clean-energy, fleet, infrastructure, and facility modernization projects. The scope of work includes project eligibility assessment, compliance management, credit strategy and financial modeling, and IRS pre-filing registration support. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, beginning on March 1, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2031.
