The County of Daviess is seeking a single new hydraulic excavator for road work that meets or exceeds the performance of a Caterpillar 326 LR. The contract is a firm‑price lump‑sum purchase with delivery to the county’s operations center, and includes warranty, manuals, and optional trade‑in of an older unit. Vendor must provide proof of insurance, certify compliance with detailed technical specs, and may be eligible for up to four one‑year extensions.
