Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support services for the ViewPoint automated temperature and humidity monitoring system. The system is used to monitor temperature and humidity levels for various items, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, food, medical supplies, and equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing software and hardware support, including annual software license and version updates, patches, and bug fixes, as well as extended hardware warranty and replacement of damaged assets. The contractor will also provide remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the contractor will be required to provide recalibration hardware and services for the temperature and humidity sensors and probes.
• The contractor will provide software maintenance, including annual software license and version updates, patches, and bug fixes.
• The contractor will provide hardware maintenance, including extended hardware warranty and replacement of damaged assets.
• The contractor will provide remote monitoring and technical support.
• The contractor will provide recalibration hardware and services for the temperature and humidity sensors and probes.
• The contractor will be required to work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and VA facility point of contact to resolve issues.
