Central Plume PCE/TCE Soil Vapor Remediation Project

The City of Lodi is seeking a contractor to perform soil vapor remediation work at the Central Plume PCE/TCE site. The project includes removing contaminated soil, installing a passive sub-slab depressurization system, and replacing the concrete slab. The contractor will also be required to perform exterior improvements, including removing concrete and asphalt, and installing a vertical vapor barrier. The project requires a pre-bid meeting, and the contractor must comply with the City's local hire policy. • The project includes mobilization and demobilization, demolition of concrete slab and subgrade, soil removal and replacement, and installation of a passive sub-slab depressurization system. • The contractor must also install a polished concrete slab, vapor barrier, and aggregate base, and perform interior wall drywall repair and painting. • Exterior concrete and asphalt removal and replacement are also required. • The contractor must comply with the City's local hire policy and attempt to employ local workers.
