The County of Riverside, together with the City of Cathedral City and Palm Springs Cemetery District, seeks a qualified environmental consulting firm to perform a comprehensive site investigation of the Cathedral City Landfill (CCL). The consultant must review historic technical orders, delineate landfill and contaminant boundaries, characterize hydrogeology, install and sample a groundwater monitoring network, and deliver a detailed Site Investigation Report within 24 months. All work must comply with RWQCB‑CRB Technical Reporting Order R7‑2025‑0020‑01 and California prevailing‑wage requirements.
